Private School Fees

The clients were the parents of a child who had been withdrawn from a private school without giving a months’ notice and so were contractually liable to pay the first terms’ fees. The clients were unhappy with the way the school had interacted with their son and themselves and did not wish to pay the fees – quite rightly.
Employment Tribunal

We acted for a lady who worked in the beauty industry and who had been working for the same employer (whom she considered a close friend) for over twenty years. Our client was accused, without any firm evidence, of stealing from the till at the salon.
School Admissions

We acted on behalf of a parent who was an Appellant in a hearing in relation to the child’s admissions into a school where her cousin and sibling attended.
Special Educational Needs (SEN)
We were instructed by a mother whose son had severe anxiety and special educational needs. His school placement was not suitable for him as it did not meet his needs. He was school refusing and had not attended school for a considerable period of time.
