Internal Disciplinary Issues
We advise and assist with all disciplinary issues from internal grievances, suspensions from work to disciplinary hearings. Whilst it is not appropriate to have legal representation at any investigative meeting or hearing, there is nothing to stop you from seeking legal advice from the outset of your issue with your employer so that you know where you stand. It is important that you retain copies of important documents such as your Contract of Employment, Office Handbook and other policies and procedures. Always retain emails and correspondence between you and your employer because this can form as part of your evidence.
