International Students

Whether you have come from China, India, Russia, USA or any other part of the world to study in the UK, it is likely that you will experience a very different education system to the one you have been used to.  International students will sometimes face difficulties at universities and colleges.  They may find themselves in a situation where they have been accused of cheating or plagiarism.  They may be disciplined for not attending classes or withdrawn because they did not submit their assignments in time.

The fact that you are an international student does not mean that you should be treated any differently to a home student.  You must access the university or college procedures to protect your rights and to ensure that you have the best chance of completing your degree.  Your public law rights are engaged just as much as a home student.
