To celebrate our 10th anniversary we're pleased to announce the first stage of a radical growth programme, with three significant appointments.
Having signed up with management consultant Anseris Mons in 2014, we were guided by them to open an office in Birmingham. We will now open a second West Midlands office in the coming months.
We will also be expanding our London operation with the appointment of two more senior solicitors, Kevin McManaman and Chris Barnett. Both Kevin and Chris join the firm from Levenes, where they have successfully run an education law department for many years.
When we founded Match our target for the first ten years was to establish ourselves as a leading education law practice, and to make a difference to as many lives as we could. Having established ourselves through the turbulent times for legal businesses over this decade, our plan for the next ten years is to become the go to education law firm in England & Wales. We have a great team and with the addition of Kevin and Chris, Match are surely the firm to beat.
Co-founder Anita Chopra, who, whilst still in her twenties in 2005, was the youngest ever solicitor to set up a legal practice in England and Wales, said, “This exciting growth is great for our business after ten years of hard work, but it’s far more important that it will enable us to help even more parents, children and students to get justice in education. With more cuts and new reorganisation planned by the new government the education landscape will remain challenging for years to come, especially for parents of children with special educational needs, our aim is to make it easier for them to get the education their children deserve.”
