The initial consultation is charged at the reduced hourly rate of £160 plus VAT. Thereafter, if you wish to proceed, different rates apply (see below) depending on who deals with the matter. We will be provide you with a cost estimate at the end of the initial consultation.
At the present time this Firm does not offer any legal aid to its clients. For legal aid enquiries, please contact the Law Society on 020 7242 1222 or Community Legal Service on 0845 345 4345.
This Firm offers advice on a privately paying basis or by way of legal expenses insurance.
Fee Structure
The initial consultation is charged at a reduced hourly rate of £160 + VAT per hour
Hourly Rates
Directors and Senior Solicitors: £240 + VAT per hour
Solicitors: £195 + VAT per hour
Trainee Solicitors: £160 + VAT per hour
Paralegals: £130 + VAT per hour
Disbursements
Disbursements are charged in addition to the hourly rates.
Disbursements may include some of the following items. Please note this list is not exhaustive:
• Photocopying over 100 pages
• Any single postage item over £5.00
• Travel Expenses
• Barrister’s Fees
• Expert’s Fees
• Courier’s Fees
• Conference Call Charges
All disbursements are subject to VAT.
The VAT rate as of 01 January 2010 is 17.5%.
