Further and Higher Education

There are very few further and higher education lawyers in England & Wales acting for the student. Salima Mawji has built an excellent reputation as a specialist in the area and heads up the Further & Higher Education Department at Match Solicitors. Rishi has acted on a number of matters before internal disciplinary and academic misconduct panels, has advised and guided students through the procedure for the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education (OIA), represented students at Fitness to Practice Panel hearings and brought claims for damages in breach of contract, negligence and discrimination claims.
